The following procedure worked for me, I have Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and an AHA-2940UW:

1. Download the djsvs.inf_6451fbc2 file from http://www.overclock.net/attachments/operating-systems/128870d1257882525-wanted-someone-vista-x64-installed-djsvs.inf_6451fbc2.rar

2. Modify the djsvs.inf like this:
