Notes:

When you connect the phone witthe Pc make sure the Standby screen is shown, and no menu or any program
Only the own contacts and the own calendar are supported.
Contacts and appointments which are synchronized with a Goolge account are not read, modified, deleted or synchronized. They are not (yet) visible to Mobile Master.
When connecting via USB please make sure the Samsung USB drivers are installed. They come either with the CD shipped with your phone or with the Samsung KIES software.
