New installation directory is more compatible with existing security related software.
Driver code was simplified.
This release contains a lot of new features. Most important are:
1. Scripting support for boot time interface. Now you can do anything with your drives during the Windows Boot Process.
2. A lot of portable application bugs were fixed. Feel free to store the portable version on your USB flash and run it everywhere.

1. Debug logging feature added - Program writes debugging information to %windir%\UltraDefrag\logs directory. That means if your windows is installed in drive "C" and directory name is "Windows", then logs can be found in C:/Windows/UltraDefrag/Logs .
2. Many Important 64bit (x64) version bugs were fixed and well tested.
3. Single File or Directory defragmentation ability added. Now you can select any File or Folder in Explorer and choose the appropriate context menu item to defragment them.
4. Console and native programs are much faster now. Set program's filter to exclude unwanted files and folders from the analysis.

Czech, Korean, Latvian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazilian), Spanish (AR)
6. G.U.I design was improved.
7. Two different driver versions (for NT4 and later systems) were replaced
by one universal os version independent driver.
8. Installer was highly optimized.
