с умением делать WinPE не рождаются. И ничего страшного в этом нет.

А там ве настроено? Надо только скачать и распоковав зарезать на CD?

О новой версии PEBuilder. Это у меня эмоции такие Очень хочется по-быстрей испытать новую версию, а ее почему-то на офсайте нет. Хотя на 911cd ее уже во всю обсуждают.

Вот это очень похоже на правду. Интересно, в чем проблема такой таинственности этой версии? До этого Bart даже бетки выкладывал.

Видимо там еще куча готовых плагинов, по крайней мере этот вопрос затрагивается на официальном форуме...
Поэтому возможно это не готовая сборка, а реальный "полный" конструктор.

Уже давно все переведено. Но возникла проблема, что в силу особенностей кирилицы надо менять формы интерфейса . Так что зря выкладывал english.lng, сейчас завалят топик переводами .

After two nights of work... I found a solution.

PLEASE KNOW HOW DRIVECRYPT PLUS PACK WORKS! It&#180;s the same with every encryption product! If you make a wrong decision, you could loose all your data. Therefore please be aware of the functionality

If you have further questions about DCPP please feel free to contact me, I work since several years with different hdd encryption products.

1. If you have a valid DcppLicense.key File, which is valid for the hardware id you have within your bartpe system you can use it with the plugin. I don&#180;t know, how the hardware ID is calculated, but I think it should be the same HWID as when you boot your normal Windows. Because bartpe uses the same HARDWARE therefore same hardwareid. You need to try this. Elsewhere you can use the demo version as well. But you can&#180;t access encrypted partitions of the full version.

2. The license file isn&#180;t recognized after the start of the bartpe cd. You need to choose the DcppLicense.key within the application. You can integrate some registry key&#180;s to automaticly detect your license file. But this keys are system and license dependend. Therefore they are not included here. You can find the informations at:
HKLM\Software\Licenses
There are 4 Reg_Binary Keys, you need to include them into your plugin, and then dcpp will find your license file automacly.. But only for the system where you extracted the key..
I choose the license file manual..

3. Please be aware, that the dcpp.exe is still running, after you click the "X". It&#180;s a tray application. But within the normal bartPE there is no tray. therefore you need to use taskmanager (taskmgr) to close the dcpp.exe process if you need to close the application.

4. You need you own DSK File (with the encryption key of your harddisk) The plugin is not a crack or something to override drivecrypt encryption. DCPP is a very strong encryption tool which uses common encryption algorithm. Therefore there is no way to access a encrypted partition without the proper key.

Additional Informations:
Encryption Key for Boot Partition is stored within MBR (if activated)
Encryption Key for other Partitions could be different but must not. You can use the same key. If you use a different key, then you need to logon to your DSK file after you boot your system. If it&#180;s the same key, DCPP will use the encryption key from MBR (handed over to windows during boot process) You can only store one encryption key within MBR, but you can store as much as you want in your DSK file. The great benefit of DCPP is, that you can take your DSK file with your encryption key to another location (BartpeCD) and then you can access, decrypt and whatever your drives.

Step by Step:
Start your System with BARTPE
Look within explorer, you should see your encrypted drives with drive letters. But you won&#180;t see content. It looks like a new not formated disk.. But please... don&#180;t format
Start DCPP.
Choose license file, or working in demo mode (less encryption strength)
Locate your DSK File (BartPEcd, Floppy, Network wherever you have it)
Type your password to access the DSK file.
Now change back to explorer, and you will see all the contecnt of your drives.

Please be sure to have the right drivers for your harddisks within Bartpe, if you can&#180;t see a harddisk, it&#180;s not a dcpp problem.
Please use the right DSK file the proper encryption key, otherwise you won&#180;t see data.

Кто-нибудь попробовал Acronis DiskDirector 554 сборки. Месяц на диал-апе тянул 47 метров, а он перестал грузиться в VMWare в полном режиме. Гружу в BCDW, не в винде. В безопасном грузится. 534 сборка - без проблем. Вообще change почитать-бы. На офсайте не найдешь, упорно скрываются изменения. Вообщем, поделитесь инфой, кто может.

Народ а кто-нито может мне объяснить как правильно пользоваться плагином для BartPE XPE - "Perform Plug and Play Hardware Detection"?

У кого-нибудь нормально работает Compiled HTML Help в XPE? У меня сборка на Windows XP SP2 RUS - не пашет. Т.е. файлы .chm открываются, но только не по F1 и не из меню Справка программ. Также проблемы со шрифтом главного меню hh.exe. При добавлении русского интерфейса в system32\mui\0019\hhctrlui.dll - вообще крякозябры в главном меню.

Возможно я повторюсь, но не подскажите хорошую и небольшую утилиту, которая мониторила бы и делала логи изменений, вносящих в систему WinXP при инсталяции программ, как в реестре так, и в файлах. В своё время, давным давно, мне попадалась только одна такая утилитка Clean Sweep. Но теперь это та-а-а-кой монстер стал Dial_UP ом его мне не осилить. Ведь такая информация, если не ошибаюсь, является основной для создания plug in-ов для Bart.

Похоже ничего хорошего в этой области не придумали. Попробовал я и предложеннный Regshot. Во-первых, сравнивает только реестр, а во-вторых, что делать потом с его результатом сравнения?
Я плаги делаю так. Запускаю прогу Professional UnInstaller. Можно использовать любой другой анинсталлер, в и-нете их полно. Мой просто бесплатный и небольшого размера (только не вздумай применять их по основному назначению, винду придется переставлять, настолько хорошо все они удаляют программы). Перед этиим делаю экспорт реестра. Устанавливаю нужную прогу. Анинсталлер показывает, какие файлы куда устанавливались. Реестр он тоже конечно показывает, но это куча бесполезной инфы. Делаешь опять экспорт реестра. Вручную сравниваешь файлы. Я для этого использую TotalCommander. Затем обрабатываешь изменения реестра PEReg. Дальше остается только собрать плаг.
Если кто-то знает более изящный метод, подскажите действительно тема нужная.
Почему такие трудности. Необходимо, чтобы такая прога изменения реестра запоминала именно в виде обычного файла экспорта реестра, чтоб потом его можно было обработать PEReg. При этом должны сохраняться не только изменения, но и названия измененных веток. По той-же причине. Есть-ли в природе такое чудо?
