Не удалось вычислить индекс производительности windows для этой системы. Не удалось измерить быстродействие процессора. Логи с помощью командной строки такие:

Попробуйте отключить антивирусы, какие есть в системе на время теста. Лично мне помогло отключение Emsisoft Anti-Malware на время теста. Avira так и продолжал работать не мешая.

Проблема давно решена, оказалось дело было в переназначенном K-Lite кодеке VC-1, на котором основан тест процессора.

Помогите разобраться....

Похоже на наличии ошибки на диске С, проверьте принудительно после перезагрузки на ошибки диск cmd > chkdsk /f

не помогает....

Denn29, Да это не поможет, я всю папку удалял Проблема что K-Lite то ли удалило то ли еще что стандартный декомпрессор на VC-1 и все, что нужно сделать, есть не установлен K-Lite Codecs - установить, если уже установлен - зайти в настройку FFDShow, а точнее - Пуск - K-Lite Codec Pack - Configuration - ffdshow video decoder - и в первом разделе Codecs ищем VC-1, в его поле будет стоять disabled, меняем на libavcodec и ОК, вообщем всё =)

Возможно в системе еще какие то кодеки, которые несовместимые с тестом и мешают.

Пишет, что не удалось произвести оценку быстродействия воспроизведения видео. С чем это может быть связано?

У меня чёрный\белый экран и зависон. При попытке вручную воспроизвести файлы Clip_480i_5sec_6mbps_new.mpg и Clip_480p_5sec_6mbps_new.mpg из папки c:\Windows\Performance\WinSAT\ - тот же зависон. Грешу на microsoft dvd-dtv video decoder и мою новую Radeon 6930 - возможно что-то с DXVA, потому что на 4850 никогда проблем не было.

а у меня такая вот лажа при попытке обновить определение производительности после замены памяти на ноутбуке Samsung Q45 под управлением Win 7 X86 SP1

Проблема в драйверах
на ms пишут
какие нибудь драйверы обновлялись, например видео?
Если да, переустановите, если нет - тоже скачайте последние и переустановите

последние ставить не охота, так как отключится управление яркостью экрана !

Внесу и я чсвою лепту, может кому-то поможет.
Виной всему могут быть еще новые драйвера ATI Radeon(в моем случае ставил 12-4_mobility_vista_win7_64_dd), заменив на драйевера которые шли с компом (8.672.1.3) после замены Windows попытался обновить индекс и ни х...а. Откатился на старые дрова, и все прошло отлично.

зачем он вам вообще нужен это дерьмо индекс, он реально ничего не значит, у меня на компе восьмилетней давности оценка 5. для измерения производительности есть нормальные профессиональные тесты. этот "тест" рассчитан только на то, чтоб впарить лоху дополнительное железо

Делал winsat formal -v
в winsat.log нашел 3 ошибки:

очищали файлы монитора стабильности в папках C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\RAC\PublishedData и StateData? это может быть из-за этого. их трогать низя с самого начала установки ОС.

и еще это может быть из-за того что на диске произошли значительные изменения в файловой системе. нужно сделать дефрагментацию чтобы оценка диска снова заработала.

Еще одна из причин невозможности вычислить индекс производительности - отсутствующие видеокодеки (один из тестов это как раз компрессия видео)

Проблема появилась как только, перестал 2 слот памяти (распознавать планки). В итоге Индекс не вычисляет, и ошибки ни какой не выдает. Пробовал выше указанные решения, не помогло.

Это еще удачная ситуация. У меня так слетели драйвера после установки нового catalyst mobility, что даже откат до заводской сборки системы после полного форматирования не изменил ситуацию. В разделе прошивки/bios предложили поставить драйвера от leshcat'a, но не понятно как ошибка сохранилась после полной переустановки системы. Тут, получается, дело не в драйверах, потому что сначала при покупке оценка шла без проблем. Я только могу предположить, что драйвера вносят изменения в bios или не изменяемую после форматирования память. Меня радует, что все остальное вроде работает как и было. Не лагает, не тормозит. Вот и решил что лучше пока работает не лазить куда не надо.

Не совсем данная ошибка , но может пригодится.

Если сообщение в свойствах компа-оценка системы недоступна:
удалите из папки Windows\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore\ все файлы с расширением .xml, запустите командную строку от имени Администратора(Пуск-впишите в поле Найти cmd, в результатах поиска отобразится cmd.exe, нажмите на неё правой кнопкой мыши- Запуск от имени Администратора) , введите и выполните последовательно следующие команды:
-sfc /scannow
-secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\inf\defltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose
-winsat formal
(Правда, после команды secedit пишет: Ошибка расширенного типа. Задание выполнено с ошибкой. Подробные сведения записаны в журнале %windir%\security\logs\scesrv.log.)

Перезагрузите компьютер, попробуйте провести оценку вновь.

Пробовал-оценка появилась.
