Зафиналили всё-таки.

да только радости не много... активно пользуюсь функцией "Перефоматировать HTML код для лучшего промотра", а она после релиза 4.5.2 как-то криво стала работать.
что ещё расстраивает, так это кривая работа с кириллицей если язык интерфейса выставлен английский - не ту кодовую страницу, видимо, использует автор.
а в остальном редактор полностью устраивает.

Скачал PSPad 4.5.4.2310 (pspad454b2310.cab), он оказывается на чешском.
Где в нем переключить на русский, никак не найду.

А в папке Lang есть файл Russian.ini? Если интерфейс на чешском, то переключается в Nastavenн > Nastavenн programu > Jazyk

На вкладке Jazyk - вообще нет никаких языков.
Ну и вопрос: где взять этот Russian.ini и English.ini?

Подскажите пожалуйста как убрать полоску от линейки. Саму линейку убрал "Viev->Ruler" а вот вертикальная полоска от нее осталась. Как-нить можно и ее убрать ?

Про какую вертикальную полоску идет речь?
Убираю линейку и полоска на которой она нарисована скрывается сразу.

Я про полоску которая ограничивает длину строк

Подскажите пожалуйста, что нужно сделать для того чтобы автодополнение предлагало только слова которые есть в секции [Keywords] данного шаблона, а не предлагало мне слова из всего документа который были ранее ?
