Startup Delayer оптимизирует процесс загрузки приложений, автоматически запускаемых при старте Windows, путём задержки их запуска.

Благодаря отложенному запуску приложений компьютер гораздо быстрее становится готовым к работе. Когда загруженность ПК снижается, Startup Delayer запускает приложения, для которых заданы задержки запуска.

Замечали, что при включении компьютера он не реагирует на ваши действия, даже когда уже появился рабочий стол Windows? Это происходит потому, что Windows при старте считывает файл автозагрузки и пытается загрузить все указанные в нём программы одновременно. Если в автозагрузке у вас достаточно много программ, каждая из них пытается "отъесть" для себя процессорные и дисковые ресурсы, что неминуемо приводит к замедлению работы всей системы.
Startup Delayer позволяет вносить в этот процесс определённый порядок, определяя наилучшее время запуска приложений по степени загруженности компьютера или путём указания произвольных значений времени.

Программа доступна в двух вариантах – бесплатном Standard и платном Premium, различающихся функциональными возможностями.
Поддерживаются Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2003 и 2008 Server всех редакций, включая 64-разрядные. Возможна работа и в более старых версиях Windows, но без гарантий со стороны автора.

Программа имеет многоязычный интерфейс, в том числе русский.

Вообще-то, нормальный файервол и антивирус должны работать как сервис для обеспечения максимальной защиты компьютера. При этом они запускаются ещё ДО входа пользователя в свой логин. А откладывать запуск файервола и антивируса на "попозжее" - это вааще глупо! (без обид)

Подскажите, на чем лучше остановиться: Absolute startup manager, Startup Faster или Startup Delayer?

Как определить, сколько времени нужно на запуск каждому приложению в автозагрузке?
И стоит ли вообще заморачиваться подобными софтинами..?

Пока шел ответ, я уже определился (перепробовав вышеуказанные): остановился на... Microsoft BootVis и ооочень доволен. Особенно рекомендую тем, у кого старая машина.

В списке автозагружаемых программ. Причем важно даже не то, что их со временем становится слишком много. Порядка среди них нету. Если бы они стартовали организованным строем, то заняли бы свои законные места в считанные секунды. Но они предпочитают ломиться в систему толпой, со всеми вытекающими последствиями.
Попросту говоря, приложения мешают друг другу. Отсюда вывод: если упорядочить процесс загрузки, то можно выиграть время. Тем, кто по роду деятельности вынужден часто перегружать систему, программа Startup Delayer будет весьма полезна.
По сути это самый обыкновенный менеджер автозапуска с одной небольшой дополнительной функцией: каждому загружаемому модулю можно назначить временную задержку таким образом, чтобы он не мешал стартовать другим программам.
Сразу после запуска Startup Delayer отобразит список модулей, загружаемых вместе с системой. Полным, конечно, его может назвать только абсолютно несведущий товарищ, ничего не знающий об утилитах Русиновича (AutoRuns выдаст куда больше полезной информации). Однако чем богаты – тем и рады.
Естественно, главная операция – удаление программ из списка и добавление их в него. Тут все просто: если добавить, то нажимаем на плюсик, если удалить, то на крестик. Кстати, раньше я не понимал, чем эти значки различаются, но авторы интерфейса программы Startup Delayer полностью закрыли этот вопрос. По крайней мере, для меня (смайл).
Удаление программ из списка автозагрузки можно производить в двух режимах: защищенном и продвинутом. В первом случае Startup Delayer не позволит избавиться от модулей, которые приложение сочтет системными. Во втором таких ограничений нет, так что при его активации следует быть особо внимательным.
Кстати, интерфейс позволяет упорядочить модули вручную. В контекстном меню для этого есть специальная опция. Очень удобно, чем-то напоминает игру в «Сапера», где можно отмечать флажками те поля, куда лучше не соваться. В нашем же случае можно сперва как-то обозначить системные и явно нужные программы, чтобы застраховаться от собственной невнимательности и поспешности.
Для удобства предусмотрена возможность сортировки. Утилита может огласить весь список программ или отобразить модули, имеющие отношение только к какой-то конкретной учетной записи.
К сожалению, нет многооконного режима, позволяющего увидеть записи нескольких пользователей одновременно. А в ряде случаев это могло бы быть полезным.
Кстати, и в настройках софтины никаких особо ценных опций найти не удалось. Разве что во вкладке Application Informatoin можно посмотреть на классификацию приложений, что значительно удобнее, чем постоянно пользоваться контекстным меню.
Теперь добрались до функции, специфичной для программы Startup Delayer. Пользователь может попытаться ускорить процесс автоматической загрузки, выставляя каждому модулю временную задержку, чтобы они стартовали не все сразу, а по порядку. Для этого на главной панели (и в контекстном меню) предусмотрена опция Edit. Тут никаких особых пояснений не требуется: расставьте модули по порядку, и эффект должен быть заметен.
А заодно можно приказать программе сделать загрузку более информативной. По умолчанию стоит скрытый режим – именно так работает сама система Windows. Что-то происходит, но пользователю об этом не сообщается. Если же вы хотите получать рапорты от всех загружаемых приложений, то активируйте графический режим. Это, между прочим, не только красиво, но и полезно. Наблюдая за тем, как стартуют программы, пользователь может внести коррективы во временные задержки, тем самым оптимизировав весь процесс.
Интерфейс программы двуязычный. Хочешь – общайся с ней по-английски, хочешь – по-немецки. Русского нет, поэтому если плохо учились в школе, то придется разбираться интуитивно – по пиктограммам. Впрочем, они вполне понятные – даже крестик от плюсика можно отличить с первого взгляда.
Резюмирую. Startup Delayer сложно отнести к софту первой необходимости. Однако какие-то действия, направленные на оптимизацию системы, она поможет выполнить. Если вы уже давно стали жить по принципу «курочка по зернышку клюет», то есть смысл ее скачать. Тем более что раздается она даром и никаких рекламных модулей в ней нет. UP

Скачал. Кривая оказалась. Я ещё сдуру поставил поверх старой. Теперь боюсь перегружать комп. На сайте старой версии не нашёл. У кого есть - выложите, пожалуйста.
