для того что-бы поставить rc1 у вас должен быть установлен Zoom Player 2.71.

Ох и глюкавая же это версия - 2.80RC2! MPEG файлы с SVCD не играет, если в списке несколько файлов, играет только первый. Никому не советую. Я откатился на 2.71 - самая стабильная версия

Я тоже предпочитаю эту версию, поскольку она официальная последняя final. По-моему, не стоит всегда спешить скачивать beta и RC-версии программ.

Что-то у меня начиная с версии 2.80 тянется проблема - некоторые листы не хотят играться - первый фильм покажет и всё, пишите письма. А с версией 2.71 всё в порядке. Никто не встречал такого?
И ещё, какой нужен codec, чтобы игрались фильмы, которые играются DivX плеером, а ZP показывает ошибку? Я поставил Nimo codec и зарегистрировал его в ZP, но, похоже, ещё что-то надо.

Я Nimo codec имею, но не ставил его. Точтно не помню какие codec поставил, но их ставил 3 штуки и DivX codec тоже. Кстати был "прикол" один после установки v2.9 (какой не помню) фильм один начал проигрываться вверх ногами. Все стало на свои места после регистрации codac. Вот какие - помню:
Microcoft MPEG4
DivX v3.11 или DivX v4....(DivX v5.... не держу из за резкого ухудшения качества изображения на Zoom Player)
и еще какой от codec стоит, но увы не помню какой.
А на счет проигрывания всех клипов или частей фильма подряд - посмотри в:
Настройки плеера - поведение(закладка в русифицированной версии) - далее ищи - По завершении: и поставить точку на -
Play Next Dir File
Будет играть все подряд, что лежит в поддиректории.
