Рисуешь новый слой поверх других! Создаешь выделение нужной формы! Заливаешь! Голубым! И выставляешь в свойствах слоя Opacity!

Добрые люди научили редактировать в Photoshop звуковые файлы.
Но вот беда - с WAV проблем нет, а вот MP3 никак. Может кто-то что-то посоветует?
Уж больно неохота предварительно раскодировать, хотелось бы сразу (на месте).

Посоветуйте что-нибудь для самых начинающих.Раньше ненужно было, а теперь занялся рекламой некоторых изделий и нужно обрабатывать фотографии. Литературы много, но может кто по собственному опыту подскажет с чего лучше начать.
