Well first of all, do you know that you break the forum rules by having two (or more) accounts?
And secondly, can you explain me what is your interest?
For example I can hardly imagine myself having registered at a Chinese or a Spanish forum where I could not have a chance to communicate properly.

i) i apply one acount again because
i lost my last pass,
now the new rules don't allow hotmails
so I decide open a new one, but finally I remembered the old pass so I prefer enjoy my first account
