Если
отключить в менеджере устройств
Microsoft ACPI-Compilant Control Method Battery (драйвера
battc.sys, версия: 5.1.2600.5512 (xpsp.080413-2111) и
CmBatt.sys, версия: 5.1.2600.5512 (xpsp.080413-2111)),
тогда на батарее ноут загружается нормально.
Если
подключить драйвера

тогда на батарее ноут виснет только
ПОСЛЕ появления вкладки
Значит материнская плата и напражение(одинаковое 2.5 V ) на старых и новых модулей памяти тут не при чем
Может быть я ошибаюсь, но полагаю, что эта не исстинная причина этого глюка
