У меня три жестких диска, два используются под RAID 0, и там стоит Винда. На третьем - с загрузкой с MBR - Linux
Для загрузки Windows я в BIOS меняю загрузочный жесткий диск. Так сделал потому, что не смог установить загрузчик Linux в MBR винта, используемого в RAID 0. Поэтому установил еще один жесткий диск:
