Click START|RUN, type "msconfig" (no quotes) <enter> and click the Start Up tab.
UNcheck the box that lists this item.
Reboot
When the prompt appears at start up, checkmark the "do not show again" box.
Doing this has in no way impacted normal operation of RealOne here.
