Постепенно, по всей сети на компьютерах в логах системы замечаю ошибки такого рода:

Яндекс и гугл ничего вразумительного не ответил. Нашелся только совет по переустановке Visual Studio, но за отсутствием такового переустанавливать не пришлось.
Что это за чудо и с чем его едят ? Как лечиться ?

Ошибка .NET framework.
Попробуй переустановить, все установленные на машине .NET ...
