Откуда такая ссылка? У меня пишет ошибку 404 по данной ссылке.
Неужели разработчики на странице загрузке не упомянут лучший словарь? Тем более на русскоязычной странице укажут другой, хотя на своём сайте имеют больший.

Добавляй в шапку. Чем больше инфы тем лучше. Тем более их сайт походе не грешит подробными ссылками на свои же ресурсы.

при установке более новой версии на старую поверх, слетают все настройки.. ни есть хорошо

кста есть в сим достаточно неплохом редакторе досадный глюк - если открыть файл с 866 кодировкой и сохранить его то вся псевдографика замениться на ту, что возвращает виндовая функция OEM2Ansi, иначе говоря - попросту похерится
