Things missing

a. Hacked files
Since I had to work on this release by myself, I decided not to include any hacked files. This means you will not find any uxtheme or tcpip fix. Of course, modules can be done for those later.

After numerous posts regarding Microsoft's Anti-Spam finding spyware in the Messenger Plus! setup file, I decided it would be better to remove Messenger Plus! from AutoPatcher. Sorry

Привет. Как я понимаю, последняя Full версия Autopatcher'a включает все предыдущие? Достаточно ли мне поставить AutoPatcher XP May 2005 Full на WinXP SP2, чтобы у меня были все необходимые патчи или нужно еще и предыдущие версии ставить?

Да.Для этого и выпускают каждый месяц.Программа установки посмотри какие стоят те не поставит,каких нет то поставит.

Что-то я не понял. Да содержит или да не содержит?

После установки autopatcher(may).
У меня Language bar устанавливается только на desctop, а при минимизации пропадает безследно. на toolbars возле часов перестал отображаться.
Чтобы восстановить на desktope, надо сначало убрать а потом сново открыть.
Но на toolbars так и не отображается. Подскажите пожалуйста что делать?

Мудифицировать AutoPatcher, т.е. доавлять свежие обновления можно собственными ручками (шаловливыми). Открываем папку AutoPatcher и лезем, например, в папку modules/Critical. Видим папки вида ХХХХХХ_ХР.amc_files и файлы ХХХ.amc.
С _http://support.microsoft.com/support/misc/kblookup.asp?id=XXXXXX или для русских с
_http://support.microsoft.com/support/misc/kblookup.asp?id=XXXXXX/ru качаем свежие
заплатки (вместо XXXXXX -подставляем имя Knowledge base продукта или Q номер обновления, полученного из Windows Update, например). Создаём новую папку с нужным
именем и помещаем туда фикс того-же имени. Создаём (открываем в Notepad-е и модифицируем и сохраняем) .amc файл.

Описание, название, параметры командной строки и все остальное берём из
соответствующей Knowledge base. Читайте их внематочно, во избежание ошибок и лишних вопросов. После выше перечислерых извращений в меню AutoPatcher-а материализуется то что нужно (tested).
Если хчется создать русский AutoPatcher, то нет смысла качать аглейский т.к. нужен только сам движок. Сие можно скачать (в один поток) с _http://autopatcher.deaper.net/
Называется оно AutoPatcher_XP_June2005_TranslationPack.exe, есть и для Win2k.
Весит 12.8M. Качаем, инсталим, открываем и помещаем в сответствующие папки одноимённые предметы, которые получаем - смотри с начала (у попа была собака...)

Как это?... Нет такого в природе. Обновления - они и в Африке обновления. Зачем их читать? А если ты спрашиваешь про наполнение (контент) самогО AutoPatcher XP, то такого вряд ли дождемся.

А на русскую Винду можно ставить - она останется русской?
Как-то ставил на 98 самопальный сервиспак так половина диалогов стала на англ.

Винда останется русской, только вот фичи всякие и примочки (те, которые в довесок к обновлениям AutoPatcher-а идут) соответсвенно на английском будут.
