Подскажите, как лучше настроить программу для оптимизации системного диска под максимальное быстродействие?
Какой режим выбрать? Какие файлы, куда?
Может где есть готовые рекомендации?
Кто юзал- поделитесь опытом!

Привет всем!
Такая проблема: после переустановки Windows скринсейвер перестал запускаться. Обновился до версии 3.34 - не помогло. В чём может быть проблема? Чего ему не хватает? А то уж очень полезная вещица эта заставочка. Помогите!

Если я устанавливаю в качестве скринсейвера JkDefragScreenSaver, то он просто не запускается. Проходит заданное время, через которое должен запускаться скринсейвер, и ничего не происходит - он не запускается. Другие запускаются.

В настройкай есть опция отказа от запуска если с момента последней дефрагментации прошло меньше чем N часов.

Даже после прошествия Х часов не запускается.
В настройках ещё есть альтернативная заставка, которая должна запускать после проведения дефрагментации или если не прошло Х часов с момента последней дефрагментации - она не запускается.
Раньше если заходил в Свойства экрана - заставка - Параметры, появлялись параметры выбранной заставки (JkDefragScreenSaver), сейчас и такого нету - компьютер немного "подумает"(курсор с часами) и НИЧЕГО.

В программе есть кнопка "установить" - программа сама устанавливает заставку, сама всё копирует в системную папку.
Сейчас попробовал бросить в системную папку все файлы программы - безрезультатно!

nod32 gui убивает, мерещится ему там зараза...

Кто-то может про режимы JkDefrag рассказать поподробнее?
Особенно интересует описание режимов по GUI - "Анализ, дефрагментация и быстрая оптимизация", "Анализ, дефрагментация и перемещение файлов к концу диска", "Анализ и сортировка файлов по именам" (последнее, там где "сортировки" вообще недогоняю).

Думаю, что GUI просто повторяет параметры commandline. А commandline очень хорошо описан на странице программы. В том числе и "последнее - там где сортировки". Посмотри сначала там.

kaspersky стал ругаться на programs\timeout.exe что в нем "Trojan.Win32.Midgare.yrs"
это только у меня такое?

На первый взгляд, новая версия работает существенно быстрее, чем jkdefrag. Но со скриптами автор явно перемудрил.
У меня часто используется такой алгоритм дефрагментации.
1. Положить все /doc/* в конец диска
2. отсортировать и дефрагментировать всё кроме /doc/*

на jkdefrag такой алгоритм реализуется не просто, а очень просто. А для MyDefrag что-то не вижу как это сделать.

Может кто уже делал скрипт для подобного, выложите рыбу, пожалуйста.

Вот из-за этих дебильных скриптов ушел с JKDefrag. Автора что-то унесло не в ту степь

В качестве быстрой, УДОБНОЙ и фришной альтернативы юзаю и советую Defraggler.
А для капитальной дефрагментации советую PerfectDisk.

Сортировка по директория/файл дает более быстрый запуск приложений. А самый лучший способ дефрага вытекает из потребностей. Пользуйся дефолтом и не заморачивайся.

Насколько я понимаю, Defraggler не позволяет реализовать сценарий, описанный мной выше.
А со всем остальным новая версия - MyDefrag, справляется на ура.
