есть. у ImgBurn куча настроек по различным видам записи, но BurnAware поддерживает мультисессию.

Такой вопрос, писала ребенку мульты, названия на русском в итоге при просмотре на ДВД вместо названий крокозябры. Это не лечится или есть может какие настройки?

это уже проблема самого двд-плеера, понимает он кириллицу или нет. В Вашем случае - нет. Порой помогает обновление прошивки плеера, но это не всегда просто и доступно для обычного рядового зрителя
