С каждой версией, русский язык все больше похож на помесь бульдога с носорогом.
Подскажите пожалуйста, есть где нибуть нормальный файл локали для последних версий?

только разработчики локали и обновляют. Ждите обновок от них в новых версиях, они иногда проводят рейды по обновлениям языков.

Может для кого-то окажется полезным

Выяснил причину с русским языком. В папке программы два файлу русской локали. Один от старой версии и один к новой, так вот в нем то и не переведены некоторые пункты.
Вручную исправил и все нормально стало с русским фейсом.

А что означает "Игровой/мультимедийный режим" кто знает?

Полгода стояла Pro - раздавали на Гивавее каком-то западном - просто диспетчер задач, который постоянно висит в памяти. Никакой оптимизации работы компьютера не заметил. Месяц назад снёс, но вчера опять увидел, что раздают, снова скачал, установил - ничего. Или я просто чего-то не замечаю, а на самом деле оно очень сильно всё оптимизирует?

Да, молчание весьма красноречиво. Да и топик пролистал - 90% - сообщения о выходе новой версии. Всё понятно - очередной "дефрагментатор памяти". Как диспетчер задач - в подмётки не годится тем же System Explorer или Process Explorer. Сношу.

Да, вроде куча правил приоритета, фичи-плюшки.. но стандартный Task Manager Windows 8.1 легко прибивает те процессы, которые Process Lasso почему-то не может. А ещё некоторые процессы он явно не отображает. Снёс.

P.S. ParkControl от той же конторы вполне кошерен для оптимизации парковки ядер.

По названию батника - да, очевидно. Но по сути... - как-то примитивно, что ли. Однако, спасибо
