Попробуй установить последнюю версию K-Lite Codec Pack.

Added PPstream as a 3rd paty TV. PPStream contains thousands of English, French and German movies.

Там написано что они вынуждены прекратить обновление списка „movies on demand“ и он будет обнулен. Остальные списки - работают.
Если „movies on demand“ хочется, можете скачать портабл версию проги и запретить обновления, но тогда не будут обновляться все остальные списки.
