Есть конечно некоторые вещи, к которым еще не привык и которые хотелось бы исправить....
Например - хочется, чтобы при выделении определенной задачи в одной из панелей высвечивались связанные с ней заметки и их описания (чтобы не нужно было открывать для этого отдельное окно).

Можно включить в Task Coach режим SyncML, и синхронизироваться с WinMobile через либо какой-нибудь бесплатный SyncML сервер, либо поднять на локальном компьютере/сервере Funambol (Open Source SyncML сервер) и синхронизироваться через него.
Это теоретически, на практике не проверял.
