Начиная с данной версии будут поддерживается операционные системы начиная с Window XP и старше. Это, разумеется, не значит, что программа перестанет работать на устаревших версиях Windows, нет, скорее всего работать она будет как и раньше, но проверять работоспособность в данных версиях я больше не буду, и соответствующие ошибки будут исправляться только в виде исключения.
