...что-то столько много всяких исправлений от версии к версии!
сейчас стоит 2.34 портабельная. все вменяемо работает. никаких проблем.
до этого год стояла 2.11- были некоторые косячки, но ,в основном, тоже все ок было.

даже интересно-что хоть там все исправляют ?

-double-click on transfer now initially defaults to Open File/Folder instead of Start/Stop
-other minor GUI fixes have been made in several areas of the program

We will introduce more new features as the alpha-test continues and it is more certain that these last changes are working as expected.

Я так понял, ещё и строки мало того что hard-coded так ещё зашифрованы.

Если кто поможет с расшифровкой строк я бы взялся за перевод.

Проще, написать автору и попросить вынести перевод (переводы) в отдельный текстовый файл c расширением ini.

Думаю, за столько лет сколько существует программа не один я интересовался этим вопросом и писал по этому поводу разработчику. И судя по тому, что у него эти строки вообще зашифрованы, то ответ разработчика будет всё тем же.

Если кто знает прошу подсказать.

Tixati 2.38 64-bit (в альфе 2.39 64-bit аналогично), OC - windows 10, ntfs
торрент сам размером порядка 7ГБ, разбит на файлы размером от 500 Байт до 5 МБ

Скачал торрент (все хорошо), торрент обновился, скачиваю измененный торрент во время проверки на некоторых файлах (в колонке статус) показывает "file too large" только после удаления файла на котором выскакивает это сообщение и нажатии "Force Check" продолжается сканирование до следующего файла, зависимости отследить не смог, выявил только одно если старый файл был больше. а новый меньше, то происходит вышеописанная ситуация.
Можно ли как то исправит эти ручные операции?

Не важно то, что было раньше. Время не стоит на месте.

Кто-то игрался с приоритетами раздач и ограничениями скорости? Отдельно для каждой раздачи. У меня ограничение для отдельно взятой раздачи не работает, как и приоритет.

This release introduces some major internal changes to channel operation, and a new sound-notification feature.

Peers now cache all received broadcasts that form each member's shared data, and can exchange these broadcasts via direct connection with other peers that are running v2.39-a2 or newer. This has the effect of directly syncronizing the shared data between all peers in a relatively short amount of time. This will even help when not all peers in a channel are running the new version, because their random broadcasts will still be cached by the peers that are running the new version.

A new sound-notification feature has been introduced that can be configured to play any WAV file or one of nine built-in sounds when one of many events occurs. This includes download completion, channel messages, channel join/leave, channel private messages, contacts online/offline, and contact private messages. There is also an option so that these notifications can be configured on a per-channel or per-contact basis, by right clicking the channel or contact. All these options and more can be found in Settings > User Interface > Behavior > Notifications.

There have also been several minor GUI fixes applied throughout the program.

We are still working on a few other fixes and expect to have another release ready soon. Please check this page for updates often.

при обновлении уже скачанной когда-то раздачи достаточно выделить ее
в списке + правая клавиша + local files + force check ?
или,другим путем, в свойствах раздачи закладка options и там кнопка force check .
правильно я вообще понимаю ?

тогда вот не пойму момент- почему при запуске уже скаченного торрент-файла
(сама раздача тоже уже скачена и лежит на диске) , программа дублирует раздачу и начинает качать ее заново (скачивание ведется в одно и тоже место)?!

uTorrent,к примеру. так не делает.

Since the last full release a few weeks ago, we have been working on a major code revision and refactoring effort.

Several fundemental changes have been made to our internal GUI framework to allow us more flexibility when creating new layouts. These changes also help the developers be much more productive when adding new features and GUI elements.

The toolchain that is used to compile and link the final executable files for both Linux and Windows has been upgraded to the latest GCC 6.1 tools. This was required to support newer C++17 features, which are now being taken advantage of to further reduce source code size and increase developer productivity. This has also provided better compile-time and link-time optimization strategies, which produce more efficient executables.

Throughout the program there have also been several areas of the source code that we refactored for clarity and efficiency. There were also full rewrites in some areas to leverage new language features.

The first few alpha releases will be focused on making sure everything is stable and bug-free. All areas of the program have been touched during the code revision, and very thorough testing is needed.

Once it is certain that everything is running smoothly, we have several new features and improvements that are ready to be introduced incrementally in subsequent alpha releases. If you find any problems, please let us know in the forum.

New alpha releases may happen quickly, so check this page often.

Если ранее скачанная раздача лежит в пути по умолчанию, то открытие обновленного торрент-файла автоматически запустит проверку, после которой будет показано процентно сколько осталось докачать. Если раздача лежит в другой папке, то Local Files -> Location выбираем это место, и будет предложено проверить раздачу, результат такой же.

За 3-4 года использования Tixati ситуаций, подобной вашей, у меня не возникало. Может быть изначальная папка раздачи занята другим процессом и Tixati не может в нее докачивать?

У меня такое происходит когда закачка есть в скачанных, добавляешь аналогичную с другим торрент-файлом и вуаля, либо просто аналогичную по названию. И обратите внимание на настройки, там возможно есть что-то вроде "создавать новую директорию".

Обратил внимание что tixati иногда не может подключиться к некоторым раздачам, причём она могла уже в нём ранее качаться, а потом намертво блокируется. Для интереса забрасывал в другой клиент, сразу начинает качать. Такое ощущение что tixati иногда банится другими клиентами. Бывает сие не слишком часто, но встречается.
