Здравствуйте!
После обновления с Windows 7 на Windows 10 перестал работать Viber.
При запуске Viber на панеле задач висит заначек со знаком восклицания, программа не открывается. Выход из программы только через диспетчер задач. Если с н-ого раза программу удается запустить, то вылетает в любой момент, последующий запуск в основном возможен только после перезагрузки компьютера.
Рекоммендации тех поддержки не помогли:

Uninstall Viber and confirm that it is no longer in the list of installed programs
Navigate in your Windows explorer to the following location: C:\Users\ USER-NAME\AppData\Local\ *
—> “USER-NAME” refers to the Windows user name you’re using. If there is more than one – please try this with all usernames available.
Find the Viber folder located in that folder – rename the folder (it does not matter what name you give the folder). You can then leave it where it is
If this folder was already removed, skip this step.
Re-download and re-install the latest version of Viber from
www.viber.com Delete the folder that you renamed earlier.
Try to activate Viber on your desktop
*This is a hidden folder. An alternative way to find it is by opening the Start menu > “Run…” > Type the following in the Run box:
%LOCALAPPDATA%
and Select ‘OK’"
