se111 инет вчера включили, сегодня к обеду проблема опять всплыла.
после рестарта службы DNS инет опять заработал нормально.
ошибки DNS в логах отсутстувют.

действительно не работет - пытался сконфигурировать сурвер времени как описано
http://windowos.info/2006/10/20/nastrojjka_osnovnogo_servera_vremeni_v_windows_server_2003.html не синхронизирует
