На мой взгляд - абсолютно без разницы. Из реальных вещей по сравнению с 2.2 добавилось только удаление торрентов и фалов в корзину и экпорт торрент файла (опции тоже в общем не первостепенной важности). Остальное - какая-то бесполезная фигня, типа поддержки Kad Network в еMule.

Не совсем понял, что значит "открытый напрямую", поэтому подозреваю, что я его "напрямую" не открывал...

У меня версия Azureus 2.3.0.0 вообще ничего не качает. Пришлось откатиться на 2.2.0.2.

Я ждал пол дня, качалось, в обе стороны, со смешной скростью в байтах Поставил только что 2.2.0 и все заработал отлично. Странная история...

Я так понял, что 2.3 не качает пока не подключится к этой самой Distributed Database. У кого не качает, попробуйте отключить Options > Plugins > Distributed DB > Enable the Distributed database. К тому же это плаг кажется ресурсы жрет - Со включенным плагом Аз брал до 4-5 процентов процессора, а без него почти всегда на 0.

Кстати, эта хрень (Distributed Database) работает. Запустил пару торрентов, которых вследствие рухнувшей базы на трекере вообще нет и начал качать. И это не запомненные IP - я эти торренты вчера добавил в Аз и еще не запускал.
Попробовал. Ничего не вышло.

а ты его попробуй удалить вместе с C:\Documents and Settings\%UserName%\Application Data\Azureus\ и поставить с нуля... может какие-то настройки стоят конфликтные... и незабудь в фаерволе правила пересоздать для нового экзешника.
