Народ,отредактируйте,пожалуйста,шапку на наличие новой версии..... Там,наконец,стало возможно,русифицировать контекстное меню. Но,ток в WIN7. В Блюшке(8.1) что-то не выходит....

Текущая версия 5.4.1 от 13 августа. Тоже самое,в Блюшке,не русифицируется контекстное меню......

Народ,подскажите,пожалуйста,опция-надежное удаление файлов,по какому принципу работает?

Решил проверить еще раз этот архиватор, вернуться к нему. Описание очень привлекательное, но пользоваться им всегда было некомфортно. Я им интресовался много лет из-за *paq формата. Но peazip в с e г д а в работе куролесил. Поэтому ожидал, что автор его доведет до ума наконец.

Сделал папку на ~6 Мб с вордовскими файлами и внедренными gif'ами в текст, вот что получилось.



Результаты отвратительные.

Самые клёвые опции - формат zpaq с предварительным затариванием ДОЛЖЕН быть по сжатию лучше всех. Этого нет.

Тест в этом режиме кстати не работае тоже --- видно, не предусмотрено.

Режим gz с предварительным затариванием также не работает как следует, у него лучшее сжатие ДОЛЖНО быть, чем у просто zip'a. Этого нет.

Получилось, что у него прилично работает только режим 7zip. Тогда уж лучше самим 7-zip'ом пользоваться.

Решил поэтому наконец отказаться от этого архиватора, несмотря на его набор режимов --- нет от них толку в реальности.

Тот же FreeArc показал сравнимые с 7zip результаты и даже лучше по факту:

- И не надо впустую тратить время на глупые эксперименты - Peazip = всё ещё сырая очень программа, хотя набор форматов отличный. - Больше оснований попробовать какой-нить другой архиватор. - Только не WinArc. - Эта прога не достигла уровня FreeArc 0.666. - WinArc - даже домохозяек не устроит, хотя, видно для них и был задуман. Тока время потеряете снова. - Не так то просто сменить архиватор. - Придется остаться при 7zip, WinRAR, в крайнем случае еще WinZip. Последнее необязательно вовсе.

Кому непрeменно надо повозиться с компрессорами файлов - вот nanozip - http://nanozip.net/
Очень приличные характеристики -- проверено многократно -- и есть графический интерфейс.

Вот, напр., что nanozip делает с дистрибутивом 500 Мб в сравнении с другими компрессорами (RAR, 7-zip, UHARC, GZIP):

PS. Как и в примере наверху arc относится к программе FreeArc -- для сравнения с PeaZip'ом (это не опция режима в PeaZip)!

Кто-нибудь знает как провести восстановление настроек в тихом режиме? При запуске появляется несколько окошек с вопросами, хочу их пропустить. Запускаю так
