В параметрах стека протоколов. Но я бы не советовал вам без тщательного изучения документации там что-то менять - можно наделать грубых ошибок.

Жил себе не тужил на версии 3.9.0.5
Тут решил обновиться.
В результате, после обновления на текущую, удаленные ФТП, которые через прокси-сервер работают, уже не коннектятся, сначала затребовало принять какой то сертификат, далее по факту уже не работает. К ФТП в местной локалке коннект есть.
Настройки подхватились из предыдущей версии.
Интересно, что за такое обновление.
Пришлось делать откат на старую версию.

Енто SSL называется, и без сертификата оно работать не умеет. Поток шифруется с его помощью...

Отключается? А то я уже снес эту версию.

Да, если в линке сменить префикс протокола FTPS:// -> FTP://. Да и просто поставить Win32 OpenSSL v1.0.2a с той же разрядностью что и у ядра не будет помехой, а свежий комплект SSL сертификатов с Mozilla.org прошу - ca-bundle.crt

Крепко ребята за дыры в безопасности взялись.

приведите плиз пример батника, с помощью которого можно было бы подключиться к фтп серверу, который прописан в менеджере сайтов и закачать на него файл из папки.

shpunt если нужно могу поискать ссылку на тему, где описан VBS скрипт с помощью которого можно закачивать файла на FTP и никакой дополнительный FTP менеджер не нужен. Настройки авторизации вбиваются прямо в скрипт.

Для этого вам хватит CMD и Wput. Проще не придумать, по факту список командных строк закачки.

дело в том, что подключаться надо по 990 порту и использовать TLS, при этом игнорировать сертификат сервера.

А как заставить передавать любой файл из локальной папки С:\Tele\ в корневую на этом сайте?
Что добавить в командной строке?

Этот линк притаскивает 768 Кб загрузчик т.к. там стоит поганая опция - Direct link: off. Вот минующие его линки ( в хвост URLа добавляется "волшебная" приписка /download?nowrap иначе стоит просто /download и именно элемент ?nowrap предписывает серверу не скидывать нам их загрузчик ), но через их скрипт-балансировщик нагрузки на зеркала (ожидание старта закачки 5 секунд):

Как сделать FileZilla Server портабельным без применения сторонних утилит? upd: разобрался, не актуально.
И как настроить FileZilla Client, чтобы при изменении (редактировании) файла, он автоматически загружался на сервер после сохранения, без возвращения в клиент и подтверждения вручную (как в WinSCP)?

сколько не лазил по их серверам. ЧЯДНТ? Может вам надо поправить настройки локали клиента или сервера?
