Аудио редактор. Несмотря на небольшой размер дистрибутива, данная программа обладает достаточно большим количеством функций. Wavosaur может открывать разные музыкальные форматы (WAV, MP3, OGG, RAW, AIF и другие), имеет все необходимые инструменты для редактирования аудио данных, поддерживает VST плагины и позволяет работать с несколькими открытыми файлами. Из имеющихся функций обработки звука можно выделить нормализацию, эффекты постепенного затухания и повышения уровня громкости, конвертирование между моно и стерео каналами, изменение битности и частоты дискредитации музыкального файла и многое другое. Присутствует пакетный режим обработки и сменные визуальные темы (скины).

ещё одна хорошая программа, бесплатная, достойная замена платным братьям, но без русского... обидно

По нынешним меркам - крохотулька. На вид - всё есть.

Функциональность у него - супер, но он, похоже, окончательно заброшен и имеет достаточно серьезный баг: при открытии больших файлов (хотя 30 минут - не так уж и много) получаем "Memory Allocation Error". Вышла 1.0.8. Судя по обновлениям, разработчикам таки удалось выйти из трехлетнего запоя.
Русик для нее. Оригинал сами знаете где.
*экзешник ничем жать не стал, прожка и так миниатюрней некуда. Единственно, если уж залез в ресурсы, не удержался — оставил там манифест в качестве лекарства от брутального кубизма кнопок а-ля „привет от win95“.
И да, спасибо огромное всем, переводившим предыдущие версии. Задачу облегчило в разы.

Насколько мне известно, нельзя.
