1. Please visit the Website "whatismyip.com", or "wasistmeineip.de" to check
your current IP address.
If two different addresses are displayed, it is likely that your Internet
connection is rerouted via proxy servers. In this case we suggest to contact
your network administrator or internet service provider to find a solution
for the problem. You can tell him that we tolerate different IP addresses
within a class C network.
2. If the IP check displayed only one or two identical IP addresses, but you
still encounter problems, please check the download logs in your premium
zone (premium zone/view logs). If the table lists various IP addresses used
at the same day and you do not recognize any of them, it is likely that your
account is being used by an unauthorized person. We strongly suggest to
check your computer for "trojans" or "key loggers" and to change your
password (premium zone/settings).
If your provider changes your IP address frequently, you can start a second
download 15 minutes after the first one stopped.
