Народ что касаемо русификации.
ВОТ ТУТ я перевёл то что можно перевести. Но этого мало.
Перевод подключается серез Скин.
Чтобы использовать русский распакуйте в папку с прогой и в настройках проги в закладке Skins для Forecast skin выберите Splended_rus.
Далее..
Если есть тот кто шурупит в JavaScript у меня предложение.
Открываешь в текстовом редакторе Weather Watcher\Skins\Forecasts\Splendid_rus\Current.wtp и внизу пишеш скритп который будет заменять те слова, которые прога при обновлении с сервера получает на англицком, русскими.
Далее тоже самое надо проделать с Daily.wtp, Detailed.wtp и Hourly.wtp.
После того как это заработает прога будет почти переведена. На англицком остануться тока опции (наверное ехе потрошить надо) и надписи которые идут картинками.

Если кто возьмётся написать java-скрипт не забудь выложить тут народу!!!

ps: сорри что так много буков. Надеюсь свою мысль я описал подробно...

Ну и как с русификацией?

Русификация возможна по методу, как написал kpuk, одна беда - много состояний погоды, которые надо переводить целиком, поэтому нет-нет, да и появляются английские слова, а времени заниматься этим, увы, нет
