теоретически:

вешаешь алиас на локальный интерфейс, а в конфиге самбы прописываешь жестко интерфейс на котором надо светиться. Рисуешь конфигов столько, сколько тебе надо , ну соответственно и демонов должно быть столько же.

З.Ы. не проверял - не надо было, но всегда интересовал данный вопрос чисто теоретически. Проверь и скажи, что получилось

Вощема такой вопрос, стоит самба 3.2 на опенсусе 11-м, там 1Ска, восьмой версии, всмысле, базы от неё. Пока не зайдёшь в сетевой каталог, 1С-ка ругается, типа файл 1cv8.cnb не найден. Вот и думаю, в чём трабл.... smb.conf - мой вот:

После ручного перезапуска самбы, все работает нормально.

В /etc/rc.conf внесена запись

Не, не то. Тот конфиг, который я в начале привёл, вобще работать не должен был. А для файлопомойки с открытым доступом на чтение - запись для всех и без гемора оформил так:

Ну и дать права nobody на шары.

Испытываю проблемы со скоростью ЧТЕНИЯ с samba-ресурсов. Запись терпимая - 4-5 Мб/сек. Чтение же никак не поднимается выше 1 Мб/сек, что при одновременной работе работе уже трёх-четырёх пользователей даёт ощутимые тормоза при открытии документов.

По различным темам на opennet пробывал изменять различные настройки. Методом проб и ошибок пока остановился на следующих:

Но, как я уже сказал, при одновременной работе нескольких пользователей ощущаются жуткие тормоза. Раньше, не смог уловить этот момент, скорость была явно выше. Что вы можете еще посоветовать, для повышения скорости?


Файлсервер FreeBSD 6.2 + Samba 3.0.12. Кабель тянул месяц назад. Сетевая RTL8139.

UPD После смены сетевой карты на аналогичную, скорость восстановилась до приемлемых 5 Мб\с. Видимо глючная карта была.

IMXO настройки тут не при чём, рекомендую просто сменить сетевую карту на что нибудь более приличное. Неоднократно наблюдал что то похожее с дешёвыми картами на базе чипа 8139.

P.S. При условии что упомянутый кабель нормальный.

P.P.S. Как вариант, если нет нормальной карты, попробывать несколько других на 8139, иногда попадаются нормальные. Можно ещё пробывать вставлять их в другие слоты.

А как тогда объяснить высокую скорость на запись? Я думаю, если была виновата сетевая карта, то она бы влияла в обе стороны.

доброго времени суток, уважаемые!
имею проблему с опенсусой 11 и самбой 3.2. бьюсь который день, а решение не найдено
одним и тем же юзером пробиваюсь на сервер с опенсусе 11 из под ХР - пускает при различных настройках самбы, а из Win95 - просит пароль на IPC$
в настройках smb.conf:

P.S. 1. EnablePlainTextPassword вносить в реестр 95-х пробовал - не помогает
2. с той же машинки Win95 на другой сервер, но с сусей 10 при тех же настройках smb.conf пускает без проблем

а проблема решилась добавлением в секцию [global] следующих параметров:

lanman auth = Yes
client lanman auth = Yes
ntlm auth = Yes

может кому понадобися. чтоб пользователи не видели принтеров на samba сервере

качаю допустим версию samba-3.2.6.tar.gz

почему при перезапуске samba и smbd -V он говорит что версия 3.0.24?
как побороть эту штуку?

Ну наверное для начала надо бы удалить старое, потом поставить новое.
Либо просто по совету splinterello обновить из портов/репозитариев

Подскажите кто знает.
Вобщем дело такое, есть сервер-файлохранилеще(Samba на RedHat), сеть из машин c WinXP, без домена, поставил самбу дал общий доступ без пароля к файлохранилищу, возникла проблема необходимо реализовать доступ к отдельным папкам отдельно по паролям, ПОДСКАЖИТЕ можно-ли сделать както пользователей с доступам к папкам? проблема в том что пользователи постоянно скачуут по разным машинам и с какой машины зайдёт очередной пользователь не известно, машины введены только в рабочую группу и не имеют паролей вообще...

Это вообще реально реализовать ?

Можно, но получается тебе на каждой машине, куда будет садиться пользователь с паролем, нужно заводить этого пользователя. Т.е. определенной папке на самбе разрешен доступ пользователю TEST и с паролем 123, то такой пользователь должен существовать с таким паролем, на локальных машинах откуда он будет заходить.

Вы уверены что на каждой? Помоему достаточно только юзера на самбе.Но точно не скажу, давно делал. На скорую руку нашел вот здесь

трабла какраз в том заключается, что не пускает даже при воде пароля, т.к. на машинах только локальные пользователи

Нужно соединить в локалку две машины. На одной Windows XP Professional., на другой Kubuntu 8.04. Я в этих делах новичок. Пытаюсь настроить сервер SAMBA. Получается, что Линух машина видит расшареный раздел в винде, а винд.-машина линукс не видит. Комп c линуксом не отображается в папке рабочей группы. Бьюсь, ничего не выходит.

Всем привет!

Есть samba в качестве файлового сервера, есть общие папки с доступом для всех, и есть папки с доступом по паролю. Все работает, но вот если вводишь один раз логин с паролем для доступа к скрытой папке, дальше при повторном открытии скрытой папки он уже авторизацию не требует, пока комп не будет перезагружен.
Помогите советом, как это можно исправить.

Подскажите пож-та, как прозрачно мигрировать в Samba домен из W2K3 Сервера. Я понимаю, что функционал AD я не перетащу. Но интересуют только пользователи и группы.

Доброго всем времени суток! Имеется маленькая проблемка. Виста не желает удалять папки с содержимым, приходится проделывать все по очереди, что очень не удобно. Есть ли способ решения проблемы? Может в конфиг самбы надо занести, что-нить специальное? С ХР таких проблем нет. Vista Ultimate x64, Samba 3.2.8-1.

При проверке командой testparm выдает:

Начал настраивать и начались глюки
При попытке ввести команду "net join -U администратор" и вводе пароля (на латинице около 16 символов)
пишет

Если поменять в smb. conf на winbind separator = /, то сообщение меняется (вот только не знаю к лучшему ли) на

Could not connect to server SERVER2003
The username or password was not correct.
Connection failed: NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE

В файрволе поставил галку "Совместное использование файлов SMB" не знаю нужно ли вообще...
Подскажите где копать и что вообще не так. Делал все вроде бы по правилам.
Я понимаю, что это время, но если возможно подскажите поподробнее (а то я в этом еще новичок) Если нужно могу добавить другие конфиги.

Конфигурация рабочая!!! (ВНИАМАНИЕ ЕСТЬ ПРОБЛЕМА: все работает до перезагрузки компа с самбой. Потом приходится снова ручками вводить в домен)
