У меня вопросик один есть... Поставил конвертиться DVD в AVI, пошло кодирование:


Потом закончилось и такая картина сейчас уже продолжительное время:


Время идёт, DVDFab в процессах висит и грузит проц на четверть где-то, но никаких операций на экране нет... Так и должно быть?

Mar Comp, хз, фильмы жму от случая к случаю.
Может место кончилось, может кодировщик помер, может ещё что, какую-то доп. обработку/перекодировку нужно не делать. Вообще могу лишь посоветовать
1) убей процессы и глянь в Фабовские временные папки, там может лежать уже готовый результат, только переименовать
2) за процессами следи менеджером, который показывает иерархию (Process Explorer или подобным) -- у Фаба основной процесс (главное окно-оболочка) запускает второй процесс, собственно кодировщик

Ну два процесса висят и грузят проц, это DVDFab.exe и FabCore.exe. Я посмотрел папку куда мне фильм с диска конвертиться, там серии появляются (это сериал)... Ну просто что-то я не вижу самого процесса конвертации... Похоже DVDFab в тихуя это делает...

Пробую сриппеть образ Blue Ray 3D в .mkv и не получается, доходит до часа и ошибка, использую последнюю бету, может ещё какие программы есть для риппа 3D дисков?

да это давняя болезнь его новых билдов, запускаются с тормозами секунд 10 и никак процесс конвертации не заканчивается можно до бесконечности ждать. Просто при достижении процессом конвертации отметок близких к 100% надо отменять конвертироване.
В основном юзаю двдфаб для конвертирования видео файлов из mp4, mkv, wmv в дивх совместимое, но использую профиль divx + mp3 так как по субъективным ощущениям на интеловских камнях кодек быстрее чем хвид.
Пробовал 8.0.8.2 - на mp4 и wmv. Из мп4 получился ави состоящий чисто из звука
откатился назад на 8.0.7.3 - все нормально, если не считать что конвертация на 99,9х% никак не заканчивается приходится нажимать отмена и ждать еще секунд 20 пока прога очухается и вылезит табличка типа готово, сконвертированный файл в результате вполне нормальный.
Конвертор у двдфаба не самый бытрый, но по соображениям качества юзаю его, перепробовал множество и понял что альтернативы почти нет (так как при быстром однопроходном конвертировании дает более менее приличный результат).

http://www.color7tech.com/vcp/index.htm не поддерживает все форматы, потому что редко обновляется и до сих пор не знает про mkv вроде

бывает рассинхрон аудио со звуком когда горе пираты жмут звук в vbr, приходится сначала звуковую дорожку в мп3 рипать и потом виртуалдабом ее вместо оригинальной.

А куча остальных конверторов - убогие поделки с фиксированым разрешением кадра типа 320х240, 640х480,и по ощущению сделаны из исходников купленных у китайцев, писавших их на коленках, затем остальные компании просто натянули на интерфейс разные скины.

потестю 8.0.8.3 пока посмотрю нет ли глюков или опять придется вернуться к 8.0.7.3

Подскажите пожалуйста.
Задаю конвертацию Файл на мобильный (для Ipod).
При установке 2-х проходного конвертирования выдаёт:

16:43:36: Conversion: two pass - first pass
16:43:43: Work 1 failed, Error = 504.00 0 error: process exception, filter(type1:id23), info = 503.00 13,


16:43:44: Процесс завершён неудачно!

При установке 1-о проходного всё нормально.
С чем это м.б. связано? Куда копать?

Надеюсь, что перевод исправили - я лично автору и на форуме писал в чём проявляется ошибка и где предполагаю надо искать её причины. В Варезнике были скрины - по моему была сбита кодовая страница в русском переводе, итог - не читаемый текст. Надо проверить. Ловилось заменой языковых файлов на аналоги из 8.0.8.6 в 87-1/88-й бетах.

Уже распаковал установку и увидел. На оффоруме со ной связался модератор и попросил о помощи. Сделаем, наверняка ошибка очень простая и не потребует для исправления много времени и сил. Главное был бы результат полезен, а остальное - приложится.

Увы, ошибка очень даже непростая, придётся весь перевод заново переписывать, думаю, на этой неделе закончу, если время найдётся...

По первости я увидел только как их редактор собственно делает - сначала создаёт XML, после его транслирует в QM-файл. А раз так, то вероятнее всего именно в XML файле неверно стоит кодовая страница, позже проверю что у меня выйдет. А тогда буду дальше возится.

Вообщето "файлы локализации" изначально *.ts файлы (translation source), по сути xml (внятный образчик) - просите их у "модератора с форума DVDFab"
свежий qt linguist входит в состав qs sdk(сотня метров).

Ну, так мне показалось поначалу, т. е. всё просто? Ну и слава богу...
P. S. В новой версии уже исправлена ошибка (простая-непростая) с языковыми файлами, русским, в частности.
P. P. S.Правда, какой же инструмент используется авторами для конвертации *.lng в *.qm - непонятно.

Я его взял прямо с сайта авторов - около 3,1 Мб, версия 4.60. Зачем тогда QT SDK в 350 Мб тянуть и ставить после?
