The number 5.13 actually represents the 13th release of the year 2005. (So next months posting will be 6.1 – since it’s the first release of 2006). Anyways I think most of you have heard about this driver update already. It is heavily focused on video (with h.264 code in it, as well as HQV fixes for the best DVD experience in the PC industry) and there may be a few performance improvements in 3d games as well.
You must have Microsoft .NET Framework installed prior to downloading and installing the Catalyst Control Center.
