AVERT Notication: Early Dat file Release for the holidays

Due to the Winter and New Years holidays on the 25th of December and 1st of
January, AVERT has decided to release DAT files earlier in the week to allow
you to update your DAT files prior to going on holiday.

The DAT files originally slated to release on Wednesday, the 25th of
December will instead be released on Monday, the 23rd of December.

The DAT files originally slated to release on Wednesday, the 1st of January
will instead be released on Monday, the 30 of December.

DAT files will resume to be released on Wednesdays starting on the 8th of
January
