Вышла версия jv16 PowerTools 2005 1.5.0.277. Поправил шапку.

Подскажите, пожалуйста, как можно отключить всплывающее окошко при загрузке программы с вопросом: Нужно ли обновляться через интернет ?
Это уже порядком достало... юзаю j16 только из-за отличного менеджера реестра.. а эти подвисания проги вначале замучали просто

ВОПРОС КО ВСЕМ: У меня стоят проверенный RegCleaner 4.3.780, jv16 PowerTools 1.4.1.248 и jv16 PowerTools 2005 1.5.0.277. Все они друг после друга ещё чего-то находят...
Я давно использую RegCleaner 4.3.780 как менеджер автозагрузки: выделяю ВСЕ пункты на соответствующей вкладке, жму "удалить", а потом иду в копии, выделяю опять-таки ВСЕ только что удалённые пункты и жму "восстановить". Если почле каких-нибудь моих издевательств над системой какой-то пункт автозагрузки куда-то пропадает, я опять иду в копии и восстанавливаю нужный.
Так вот, недавно я решил проделать эту операцию в jv16 PowerTools 2005 1.5.0.277. Ан нет - не восстанавливается! Этт только у меня так (т. е. траблы) или ещё у кого? Кто может проверить и свиснуть?

Как запустить поиск дубликатов файлов. поехали не работает

nikitakov - а добавить место поиска дублей на следующей вкладке не пробовал?

при запуске чистки реестра появляется масса файлов с диковинными расширениями, чтобы это значило и что с ними делать? Cпасибо lyaxey за вариант решения предыдущей проблемы

nikitakov - с jv16PT вообще никакой мороки - прогой пользуюсь года три - ни разу не было такого чтоб убить систему намертво с её помощью - в ранних версиях бывали глюки и зависания при проверке реестра - давно уже все в норме. Я, лично, полностью ей доверяю - очень полезная штука. При чистке реестра ставлю на глубокое сканирование - Выделить всё (после сканирования) - Удалить всё - Сделать копии - Да - ОК. Advanced Uninstaller PRO 2005 version 7 тоже стал очень приятный во всех отношениях. Только ими и пользуюсь.

При запуске чистки реестра появляется масса файлов с диковинными расширениями, чтобы это значило и что с ними делать? Причем, поставил v 1.4 тоже самое. Пример диковинных расширений 3gp, 8ba, ai, csh. Они создаются в момент сканирования реестра,все файлы нулевого веса с названием temp, их 16 штук. Все на диске C

//сам столкнулся с тем, что прога по одному предлагает с параметрами разбираться. А когда их под тысячу - это напрягает. И даже очень.
Особенно летом.

в старых версиях проги (1.4 и ранее)в вкладке Registry Manager(Менеджер реестра)\Installed Software(Все программы)была удобная опция "Отметить как старую"... Автор её убрал, или надо где-то настроить? Искал,- не смог найти...

Точно так-же как и ты cначала потерял эту (по крайней мере для меня) одну из наиглавнейших фичей, но нашёл. Файл > Наcтройки программы > Комментарий и там две птички. Одна - показывать поле комментариев и вторая - показывать age system (это она и будет). А потом чё надо маркируем, правый клик и т.д.

В главном окне проги File > Program setting > Commenting > Птички на функциях:
Enable comment writing (еcли хочешь добавлять комментарии)
Enable age system - твоё потеренное.

Установил 1.5.0.277 с лицензией.
Пытаюсь деинсталировать программу (любую):
ставлю галочку выбора, нажимаю кнопку Деинсталировать и.... ничего не происходит.
Не деинсталируется ни одна прога.

Скачал и установил триальную версию - то же самое.

В чем может быть причина?
