Да не сочтут за офтоп, но у меня какие то два одинаковых скрипта внизу справа отображают информацию о заблокированных элементах. На
рис.1 представление мне больше нравиться.
Вопрос где и какие скрипты посмотреть, чтоб определить какой из них имеет вид на
на рис.1 и какой
на рис.2? Тогда станет ясно как отключить второй (я думаю).

Рабочий operaprefs.ini
для portable opera (она же Opera@usb 11.60 build 1185 официально называется)
Opera Loader 4.2.2 работает, но пользовать его не очень хотелось как и clipper-2.1.1-1.oex для функции "копировать с форматированием при выделении мышью"
Долго искал и делал
относительные пути чтоб userjs работали (особенно autocopy.js копирование с форматирование в буфер), opera2chm.exe
